Elli will be holding yoga classes on Sunday mornings from 10-11:30 beginning THIS Sunday, July 21st.
Join us in the barn at Capon Crossing Farm for an introduction to Sivananda yoga: we’ll explore ways to increase flexibility and vitality in the entire body by practicing yoga asanas (poses) paired with the breath.
This class is accessible to all levels, including those with no experience. Sivananda yoga involves a set sequence, but Elli will explain modifications for the poses that may prove to be challenging for some students.
This class is free, but donations are accepted and greatly appreciated.
Bring a yoga mat if you own one (though a few mats are available to borrow) and wear loose, comfortable clothing. You may also want to bring water and a hand towel, just in case you get sweaty.
