First of all: WOW! What a concert last Saturday! 150+ people in the crowd and all of them stomping and hollering at the same time made for a great night! Not to mention Bud’s Collective…they were pretty good too. (Well…REALLY good…to say the least).
Our chickens are finally laying regularly, so come get some farm fresh eggs! $3.50 for a dozen. (Plus, you can come visit the hens that laid them!)
Michelle has also been working hard in the garden: she’s got in 75 tomato plants, summer and winter squashes, cucumbers, potatoes, and peppers, and we’ve been tilling up a storm to create a new garden space behind the barn. We’re going to take out the hoop house frame and create more of a sitting space so farm market visitors can take a rest and enjoy the view of the farm.
Stop by anytime! We’d love to talk beef, veggies, eggs, or BLUEGRASS! (NEXT CONCERT JUNE 14TH!!! Mark your calendars!!)
Here are some farm photos (all taken by Buddy’s sister, Jill)
You all are building such a healthy, breath-taking
oasis- feeding everyone who comes with beauty, homegrown food and music! I hope you are having as much fun as you are creating!
